Other guests see only a temporary handle, photo and presence. Coordinates are checked on the device and never shared with the room.

Room entry and every message go through the server with device attestation, membership checks and rate limits.

Alerts say that something arrived, never what it says, so a lock screen can’t give a conversation away.

What venues ask first.

Short answers about guests, safety and data.

Do guests need an account?

No. A selfie and a handle create a temporary identity for the visit. An optional account only matters if a guest wants WASSAAA Plus on another device.

Can people join from outside the venue?

No. Entry is checked against the venue’s radius on the server, and unlisted rooms also require an access code.

How do you keep it safe?

Chats start only when both people accept. Guests can block and report in one tap, and every report is reviewed.

What happens to data after a visit?

Ending a visit clears the temporary identity. Selfies last at most eight hours, private photos and voice notes are deleted within a day, and room conversations close with the visit under documented retention windows.

What does it cost guests?

Joining, chatting and messaging staff are free. WASSAAA Plus is optional and raises the daily allowance for private photos and voice notes.

Which phones are supported?

WASSAAA is available on iPhone first. Android is planned.
