Sigmaton is responsible for the contact information collected through this site.
This notice covers personal information submitted through the website contact form. It does not cover data processed in a client engagement, which is governed by the applicable agreement. For privacy questions, email support@sigmaton.com.
What we collect
Only what helps us respond.
Name, organization, work email, optional phone number, service interest, and the message you choose to send. If a private inbox administrator enables browser push alerts, we also store that browser’s push subscription details. Please do not submit passwords, card details, government IDs, confidential client information, or other sensitive personal data.
Why and how
To assess and respond to your request.
We use the information to answer an enquiry, evaluate a potential engagement, and communicate about that request. We rely on your consent where required and, where applicable, steps requested before entering an engagement. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.
Service provider and transfers
Cloudflare protects and stores the request.
Cloudflare Pages hosts the site, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form, and Cloudflare D1 stores submitted requests and opted-in browser push subscriptions in a restricted Sigmaton inbox. Alerts are generic and never include the contact request itself. Cloudflare may process information outside the UAE. Sigmaton will use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards and review provider terms before processing changes.
Retention
Not indefinitely.
Contact requests are retained for up to 12 months from submission, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Opted-in browser push subscriptions are removed on sign-out, browser expiry, delivery failure, or after 12 months without refresh. Information is then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or withdraw consent.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability where applicable, or withdrawal of consent. Use the contact form, select “Privacy request,” or email support@sigmaton.com. Include only the information needed to identify the request. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Updates
We will keep this notice current.
We will update this notice if our collection, hosting, analytics, processors, or data-handling practices change.
